Michael is a successful, results-driven entrepreneur with a passion for excellence. He is the co-founder of CAVI Brands, and has over 20 years experience in the branded health, beauty and wellness sector.

Paul has extensive commercial, general management and corporate deployment experience. He has headed up various functions and businesses in the consumer goods and retail sectors in South Africa, most recently as CEO of one of our subsidiaries, Incobrands. Paul has a strong focus on leadership development and long term brand custodianship.

Maria is a fashion retail expert. She brings more than 20 years of fashion experience to CAVI Brands Group, gained at SA’s largest fashion retailer, Edcon. Maria is a results orientated marketing person, with a deep understanding of the South African retail landscape.

Esté is a Chartered Accountant, having completed her articles at Deloitte in Cape Town. After articles Esté spent time on secondment in the United States. On her return to South Africa, Esté worked for Global Multinationals including Dell Computers, Hitachi Data Systems, Ingram Micro, Novartis and Alcon.Her experience covers the IT, Telecom and Pharmaceutical industries supporting entities in South Africa as well as across Africa. Esté is results orientated, drives simplicity, and thrives on the challenge of building people.
