Paul has extensive commercial, general management and corporate deployment experience. He has headed up various functions and businesses in the consumer goods and retail sectors in South Africa, most recently as CEO of one of our subsidiaries, Incobrands. Paul has a strong focus on leadership development and long term brand custodianship.

Maria is a fashion retail expert. She brings more than 20 years of fashion experience to CAVI  Brands Group, gained at SA’s largest fashion retailer, Edcon. Maria is a results orientated marketing person, with a deep understanding of the South African retail landscape.

Sven has experience in complex financial environments and engages across multiple disciplines to improve business efficiency and drive growth.
